Parents wishing to enroll their child at the Legacy Child Enrichment Center, please complete the form below. A non-refundable registration fee of $35 places your child on the waitlist.

 

Once a space becomes available, you will receive an offer email and begin the enrollment process. A non-refundable deposit of $150 secures your place in a classroom once a space becomes available. Children are enrolled on a first-come basis based on the registration date, their birthdate, and classroom availability. Parents of children currently enrolled receive sibling priority for enrollment.
